Is the workbook available as a hard copy?
Not at this time however, it is not advisable. A downloadable version allows you the flexibility to print multiple pages you may need for your projects.
When can I expect to receive my workbook?
Upon checkout on Etsy, you should receive an email with a download link. You can also find this link in your Etsy account if you have one. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/junk folder. Email filters have a tendency to direct emails there even if they are not spammy.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of this product, it cannot be returned and so no refund will be issued. Please make sure you know how to unzip files. Devices like tablets and Smartphones need an app to do so. If you need help with this, please contact us and we will walk you through the process.
